Appointed by Lightmain, Premier Engineering was tasked with the detailed design, manufacture, and installation of a bespoke cycle hub at Barnsley Bus Station, forming part of wider improvements to public transport infrastructure and sustainable travel facilities in the area. The structure was precision-fabricated in-house and finished with a durable, powder-coated coating to enhance longevity. Once on site, Trespa panels were securely installed between the steel framework, offering a smart, contemporary appearance with the robustness required for a high-traffic public environment.
Our team worked closely with Lightmain and relevant authorities to ensure smooth installation within the busy interchange, delivering a secure and visually appealing cycle store that supports active travel and improves commuter amenities.
